Our prices are valid from Mai 2008, including all taxes. In addtion shipping charges will accrue.

All pricing changes and other amendments are reserved to us.

If nothing further is mentioned, the prices are by piece.

The delivery of our goods will be done as soon as possible upon receipt of order. Please note that longer waiting periods may occur.

In order to protect trees, we will try to reuse recycled packing material whenever possible. For the countries we do send, please check the list bellow.

We only accept returns after consulting us by phone.

Complaints must be made within 8 days of receipt of the instruments; we cannot accept deliveries that have not been prepaid.

All our instruments are handmade, have been manufactured to the highest quality standards in the respective locations and were chosen with great care. Therefore, slight deviations in colour and shape of the instruments from the items pictured here are normal and do not pose a quality infringment or reason to return.

Following methods of payment are possible:

prepayment (bank transfer, Paypal or Credit card) and cash on delivery (only for Switzerland and Liechtenstein) . For cash on delivery extra charges will accrue.
