In cooperation with Manoj Sardar and brothers Dunum developed a 2 octave shruti box in G in 432 Hz, range of 26 chromatic semitones from G to g, which can be opened individually and thus combined as desired. Here we have the G and C shruti box combined in one. The large bellows volume of the large shruti box ensures a very stable, full sound. The sound remains consistent even if the bellows are moved irregularly and continues to sound for quite a while even if the bellows are temporarily stopped. A stable tone is easily achieved even when several valves are opened by pumping slowly and quietly. Differentiated loud and soft playing is just as easy with this shruti box without much practice. This shruti box is highly recommended for accompanying overtone singing and quieter sound creations.
The frame and bellows are made of fine teak wood.
