Return of products
Customers may return goods without giving reasons within 8 calendar days of receipt or collection (the "Return"), subject to the following procedures and regulations (the "Right of Return"). Consumables, custom-made products and all wind instruments are generally excluded from exchange
In the case of postal dispatch, the time of delivery of the parcel to the customer or the delivery of a collection invitation is decisive for the time limit.
The customer must pack the product securely for transportation before returning it. The product must be returned in its original packaging and complete, i.e. with all accessories. Products welded in plastic can only be returned unopened.
The decision on a (partial) refund of the purchase price as a result of a return is the responsibility of Dunum GmbH after a thorough examination of the returned goods. Shipping costs for outward and return shipping will not be refunded.
