Tuning forks for binaural therapy

Experience different brainwave states with the Meinl Sonic Energy tuning forks for binaural therapy. These high-quality tuning forks made of nickel-plated steel are larger and heavier than conventional models. As a result, they vibrate for longer and need to be struck again less often during use.

How to use: Activate the tuning fork for binaural therapy together with the master fork at 128 Hz and hold it to the right and left ear. The brain recognizes the difference between the two frequencies and generates a third frequency that promotes the desired brainwave state.

The set contains the 128 Hz master fork and a practical roll-up bag for safe storage and easy handling.

Brainwaves and their frequencies

Delta 130 Hz
These waves range from 0.5 to 4 Hz. They stand for deep, dreamless sleep and deep regeneration of body and mind.

Theta 134 Hz
Theta waves (4 to 8 Hz) promote deep relaxation, creativity and intuition. They help to reduce stress and anxiety and provide access to the subconscious.

Alpha 139 Hz
