Flute in F♯ - Ash from the Emmental with otter rider

This powerful flute in F♯ was made from ash wood from a forest site in the Emmental valley. The wood is processed without bark and has a wonderful, lively grain, which is given a warm glow by the treatment with linseed oil.

It is tied to the mouthpiece with hemp string - a natural detail that makes grounding and craftsmanship tangible.

With a length of 56 cm and a weight of 230 g, it sits firmly and sturdily in the hands - an instrument with substance and charisma.
