This special flute in D (440 Hz) is made from the root of an ash tree - grown on a living tree in the Sensegraben, matured by hand, debarked and carefully crafted. The wood is porous, slightly flexible, naturally grained and finished with oil. Its snake-like bent shape follows the original growth of the root and makes each instrument an unmistakably unique piece. Length: 62 cm
