The suling flute is a magical bamboo flute used in the gamelan orchestras of Bali (Indonesia).
In the Hindu religion, the suling is the flute of Krishna (and Vishnu), the flute allows one to connect with femininity. It is often combined with female singing.
To play the suling, Balinese flute players use a continuous, rather rhythmic and hypnotic breath. It is blown through the channel between the ring and the flute, like a recorder, it is very easy.
